Paul Gardner is the owner of Budgens of Islington and Budgens of East Finchley, two leading community grocery stores in North London, and a highly respected figure within the UK convenience retail industry. He is best known for transforming Budgens of Islington into one of the most celebrated independent convenience stores in the country. Under his ownership, the store has earned multiple national accolades, including Convenience Retailer of the Year, Best Large Convenience Store, and Community Retailer of the Year at major industry awards.
